A huge thank you to PHG Buying Ltd, their members and supplier partners who helped raise an impressive £13,000 for myaware at the PHG Supplier Networking Event 2026.

myaware was chosen as PHG’s charity partner following PHG Commercial Director John Dicken’s diagnosis with the condition late last year. Reflecting on the fundraising effort, John said: “myaware has been a tremendous source of support since my diagnosis. Raising £13,000 is an incredible achievement, and I’m hugely grateful to everyone who contributed.”

Our CEO, Marc Smith expressed our heartfelt thanks from all of us here at myaware: “We are very grateful to John and the entire team at PHG for their generous donation, which includes funds raised during the event and matched funding. This significant contribution to our resources will enable us to bring more people affected by myasthenia together to share their stories and experiences, helping them feel less isolated and connecting them to a strong support network. Our charity also focuses on pioneering research to improve treatments and care for people living with myasthenia, and this donation will greatly support that work.”
