Take part in The Ford RideLondon-Essex 100
Sunday 26th May 2024

The Ford RideLondon-Essex 100 will begin in central London and then head out through the London boroughs of Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Waltham Forest and Redbridge, before going north towards Essex via Epping Forest and passing through towns such as Epping, Ongar and Great Dunmow.  

Help fight myasthenia by joining Team Myaware.

• Myaware’s dedicated fundraising team will be there to support you on every step of your journey, from registering to great training advice and fundraising tips. We’ll supply you with a myaware t-shirt or running vest too! 
• Every pound you raise will go towards helping others in the myasthenia community.
• We are committed to hosting Ford RideLondon-Essex 100 Zoom sessions, where you can meet your fellow team mates to exchange fundraising ideas and training progress.

You must be 18 years of age or over on the day of the event to take part.

• You will be asked to secure your place with a registration fee of £30 and pledge to raise at least £500. (reg fee refundable on request when £500 sponsorship has been reached)
• Myaware cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects, for personal accidents or public liability taking place during the event.
