Organising a street collection on behalf of myaware

Street collections work best for groups where one person is designated the leader. Where possible, street collections should be supervised by a myaware-trained volunteer or member of staff. Street collections are ideal for clubs and groups, university students or work colleagues, who all know each other and who want to take part in a one-off fundraising activity.

Fancy dress is a brilliant way to attract attention as is a busy location in a town centre. Myaware will provide collecting tins, leaflets and t-shirts, just let the Fundraising Team know how many you need. How you style the rest of your outfits is up to you!
