Every two years our colleagues at the Neurological Alliance run the My Neuro Survey to give an accurate picture of people’s experience of neurological care, treatment, and support across the country. This year’s survey includes a version for children and young people – so whatever your age and whatever your neurological condition, you can take part.

The 2021 survey is also UK wide and in partnership with the Neurological Alliances of Scotland and Wales and the Northern Ireland Neurological Charities Alliance (niNCA).

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has put additional strain on overstretched services and has made it even harder to access the right treatment and support. It is more important than ever to reach people with neurological conditions and help make sure their voices are heard.

In 2019, over 10,000 people took part. Results from previous surveys have been used to improve services in hospitals, develop new specialist centres, and spark debate in Parliament.

The survey takes around 20 minutes to complete.

Please take part and make your voice heard. You can complete the survey online or call the survey partners, Quality Health on 0800 783 1775 (Freephone) to hear and complete the survey over the phone in any language, ask for a paper copy to be sent to your address, ask for a large print version or to ask for an ‘Easy Read’ version of the survey.
