We are the myasthenia community and we need you. As the only UK charity solely dedicated to providing support, increasing awareness and funding research into myasthenia, we rely on donations from individuals and organisations to help people living with this rare and often invisible illness.

Every day we speak to vulnerable, isolated people who have recently been diagnosed with myasthenia and don’t know where to turn. Through your donations, they are helped to navigate their individual myasthenia journey, knowing that myaware is with them every step of the way. As one member says,

“Myaware is the place that has answers even when you didn’t know you had questions.”

P.S. If you're a UK Taxpayer, don't forget you can Gift Aid certain donations.  Gift Aid allows charities to reclaim tax from the government for Donations, which means we receive 25p for every £1 you donate to myaware, at no extra cost to you.  This income is very important to us as we receive no government or NHS funding.  If you don't already have a signed Gift Aid Declaration, or you're not sure whether you've signed one in the past, please email [email protected]
