David Hilton-Jones is a consultant neurologist at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, and at Milton Keynes General Hospital, and honorary senior lecturer at the University of Oxford. His main interest is neuromuscular disorders. These include diseases of muscle such as Muscular Dystrophy as well as Myasthenia. He is clinical director of the Oxford Myasthenia Centre (supported by the Myasthenia Gravis Association). He has a keen interest in teaching the next generation of neuromuscular specialists. Outside of medicine he enjoys sport, both as participant and observer, and amateur radio.
