Thanks to generous funding, a buffet lunch will be provided on the day and in the evening there will be a three-course meal, available to all.

We are also offering 25 double rooms for overnight stay at Travelodge Kew Bridge, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Taxi transfer will be provided for those attending the the conference by public transport - please indicate upon booking if you need this.

There are limited funds available to reimburse travel expenses should you need them. You will need to make your own travel and transport arrangements, book your own tickets and check any appropriate timetables for public transport. Please ensure that you obtain receipts and bring these along to the conference where you will be asked to complete a form for your travel claim.
